Crafted as a tribute to the Kansai region, this sake is made exclusively from Yamada Nishiki grown in Kansai to create “DASSAI Junmai Daiginjo 23.” During the pressing process, only the“Nakadori” ̶ the most fragrant portion with a rounded sweetness ̶ is selected. Presented in a wooden box made from Yoshino cedar from Kansai, this is a special Dassai 23% available exclusively at Kansai International Airport KIX DUTY FREE.

日本酒中的“中取(Nakadori)”,是指在酒醪压榨过程中,介于最先流出的“荒走(Arabashiri)”与最后加压压榨出的“责(Seme)”之间所取得的中段酒液。
中取是压榨过程中风味最均衡的部分,因此常被用于酿造高品质日本酒。
其特色是杂味较少,香气、鲜味与酸味协调平衡,口感顺滑且富有清透感。
