Carefully selected barley is used as the raw material, and the pure water produced by the Japanese broad-leaved forest in Aya, Miyazaki, is used to carefully brew authentic barley shochu by skilled brewers. The shochu is then blended after being aged in barrels for a long period of time. The result is a mellow and deep-flavored masterpiece filled with the aroma of the barrels.
