“Yukyu no Michi” uses organically grown sweet potatoes (Kogane Sengan) and organically grown rice (Hinohikari) that are carefully grown by contracted farmers who are committed to traditional organic farming methods, no pesticides, and no chemical fertilizers, using unique techniques. This is an authentic potato shochu.
