(1) Use of 13-year aged Awamori whiskey stored in oak barrels. Blended with 13-year aged Awamori stored in oak barrels based on an overseas (Scotland) blended whiskey, it adds a delicate and soft sweetness derived from rice to the strong flavor of malt.
(2)Additional maturation in new heavy char barrels
The use of new heavy charred oak barrels creates a rich and mellow flavor with a complex interplay between the vanilla aroma derived from old Awamori sake and the vanilla aroma derived from the oak barrels.
(3)Non-chill filtered process
No chill filtration is used, and the rich flavor components obtained from barrel aging are bottled without leaving any residue, so you can enjoy the original deliciousness of the whiskey.
