Dassai "Composing the Future“ was unveiled at the Osaka-Kansai Expo on May 22, 2025, with the important message that ”the future is something we create together.
As a reinforcement of the special cultural relationship between Austria and Japan, the sake was created by playing Johann Strauss II's “Waltz at the Cove” performed by a sextet composed of members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the Century Japan Symphony Orchestra during the fermentation process of Dassai.
