Hioki, where our distillery is located, is one of the Kagoshima's leading strawberry-producing regions. 'Komasa Gin Ichigo' perfectly expresses the elegant sweetness and aroma of ripe red strawberries grown in the enriching sunlight of Southern Kyushu. Ichigo is made by re-distilling our Honkaku shichu with juniper berries, raspberries, blueberries, rosemary, ginger, basil, and coriander.
