"Sainte Neige"means for Sacred Snow. We used 100% grapes from Kaminoyama, Yamagata Prefecture, one of Japan's leading production areas for brewing grapes. It is a wine with a solid skeleton that harmonizes the rich fruitiness reminiscent of ripe black fruit with the aroma of oak aged in French oak barrels.
