Customers who make preorders are kindly requested to review the following instructions regarding the pick up process.

*If your pickup number is displayed under "Ask our staff for assistance" , please speak to a nearby staff member instead of heading to the checkout counter.

2.FAQ

①Where can I pick up my orders?

It is located in front of the entrance of KIX DUTY FREE, where you exit the immigration and go down the escalator.

②Where can I check the 2D barcode?

You can check your "Order history" in the "My Account" section of the preorder website.

③I have multiple preorders, which 2D barcode should I show?

・Online preorders placed by 17:00 the day before departure and same day pickups use separate 2D barcodes.

・For online preorders on the same departure day, the same 2D barcode is used.

　*The maximum number of orders that can be processed with a single 2D barcode is 30 orders.

　*The number of 2D barcodes you need to present is unrelated to the number of items.

③-1.For Online Preorders made by 17:00 the day before departure

　・A different 2D barcode will be used for each 30 items.

　・For 1 to 30 orders, the same 2D barcode will be used; for 31 to 60 orders, 61 to 90 orders, and 91 to 120 orders, different 2D barcodes will be provided for each group.

③-2.For Same Day Pickup

　・Number of 2D barcodes presented = Number of orders

　・A 2D barcode will be issued for each order. All 2D barcodes must be presented.

③-3.If I canceled part of my reservation

　・Canceled preorders will be automatically removed, so only the final number of confirmed preorders will be processed.

3.Examples

[Example 1] Online preorder*s (1-30 orders) confirmed, No Same Day Pickup

・Only one 2D barcode for online preorder*

・If you present one of your 2D barcodes, we will respond to you all at once.

[Example 2] Online preorder*s (1-30 orders) and Same Day Pickup confirmed

・One 2D barcode for online preorder* + All 2D barcodes for each Same Day Pickup

・If you present one of the 2D barcodes of your online preorder*, we will respond to you all at once.

・For Same Day Pickup, please present all 2D barcodes.

[Example 3] Online Preorder*s (31-60 orders) confirmed, no Same Day Pickup

・If you present two 2D barcodes, one from 1 to 30 and one from 31 to 60, we will process them all at once.

[Example 4] Online Preorder*s (31-60 orders) and Same Day Pickups confirmed

・Two 2D barcodes for online preorders* (1 to 30, 31 to 60) + All 2D barcodes for each Same Day Pickup

・If you present two 2D barcodes, one from 1 to 30 and one from 31 to 60, we will process them all at once.

・For Same Day Pickup, please present all 2D barcodes.

[Example 5] No Online Preorder*, Same Day Pickup confirmed

・2D barcodes for the number of Same Day Pickup

*Online Preorder: Orders placed by 17:00 the day before departure.
