By adding a hint of Mizunara casks, we have enriched our single malt with full flavour and rich depth in a new expression.

TASTING NOTE
Juicy flavours with a soft, caramel-like sweetness and a lingering sandalwood-like aftertaste derived from Mizunara oak.
COLOUR: Yellow amber
AROMA: Lemon peel, Custard cream, Caramelized Japanese candy
PALATE: Quince, Marmalade, Japanese cinnamon candy, Sansho(Japanese pepper)
FINISH: Elegant bittersweetness with light spice and citrus
