Very thick umeshu, no adding water, pure taste of umeshu you can enjoy. Yamamotohonke brewery has been particular about making this umeshu, using 100% Kyoto made ingredients; ume from Aotani, Kyoto, and steeped in Junmaishu. With the taste of ume and Junmaishu, the umeshu is smooth and leaving no unpleasant aftertaste.
