A lush, expressive aroma of ripe fruit — vibrant and inviting. On the palate, the sake is delicate and luminously clean, its elegance deepening the sense of satisfaction that the nose already promises. A generous viscosity carries a soft, well-present sweetness, while a light dissolved effervescence and a bright, subtly umami-laced acidity lend the whole a youthful vitality. Sensuous and radiant from first sip, it closes with a finish of striking clarity. Made entirely from Yamada Nishiki rice. Serve well chilled.
