Marumoto Sake Brewery grows its own sake rice, the basis of sake production, by its own employees.WAKA is made by lavishly shaving 50% of the Yamada-Nishiki rice grown in-house and using only the part of the rice closest to the center.As a result, it has a discreet and gentle ginjo aroma and a soft mouthfeel. You will enjoy the delicate sweetness and mild aroma derived from the rice.It is best served chilled and paired with Japanese dishes such as fish and tempura!
