Hennessy V.S.O.P. Fine Champagne is an assemblage of over 60 Eaux-de-Vie from Cognac's two top Crus. The grapes grown in these areas make spirits with a refined complex palate and great aging potential. V.S.O.P. Fine Champagne is made only for the Japanese market, where it's subtlety and complexity are greatly appreciated.
Color: bright amber.
Nose: aroma of honey and white flowers. There is a delicate and faint remnant of oak and spice. A slight hint of cloves and cinnamon blends with a subtle peppery note.
Palate: In the mouth it is a harmony of flavor that spreads and lingers with a delicate mellow finish. One is reminded of honey and a faint nuance of fresh hay.
