Moscato Manzoni Bottega is produced from a special grape called "Moscato Manzoni". This grape, created by Profe Manzoni In Italy at the beginning of the 20th Century, is the Hybrid of Raboso red variety with Muscat of Hamburg. During the wine making, after a careful harvest of the mature grapes, the skins are kept macerating with juice for only 12h to 16h max to reach the gentle and elegant pink color of this Moscato. The second fermentation in tank lasts for 30days at controlled temperature to preserve all varietal aromas, where Moscato notes are still persistent. The aroma of rose is the first to come, followed and balanced by red fruits notes, with a botanical end. Sweet but well balanced, this wine is perfect refreshing drink any time of the day with only 7% Alc/bev.
