Privacy Policy Regarding the Protection of the Personal Information of Customers

７．Subcontracting Related to Personal Information

We may provide personal information within the scope required for carrying out the purposes of use provided in section " ３．Purposes of Use of Personal Information" to subcontractor(s) to whom all or a part of the business of handling personal information is subcontracted (hereafter "Subcontractor").
In such instances, we will make appropriate provisions in contracts with Subcontractors for matters related to the handling of personal information such as Safe Management Measures, confidentiality, conditions for further subcontracting, and return of personal information upon termination of the subcontracting contract, and will carry out necessary and appropriate supervision.
