Flow from reservation order to collection of merchandise

Put the products you want in your cart.

Placing an order
Go to the ordering procedure from the Cart page and complete online payment (~~Credit cards~~ ,Union Pay, Alipay or WeChatPay).
If you select Store payment, pay for your order at the pickup store on the day of your flight.
Bring the documents required for product pickup (your boarding pass and purchase order number) with you to the pickup store on the day of your flight.

Collecting merchandise
Pick up your order at the pickup counter in the store.
* If you selected Store payment, pay for the products at that time.

Payment

Duty-free allowances for entering other countries

Regulated products such as tobacco, liquor and perfume, etc. are subject to duty-free allowances when entering each country. If you exceed duty-free allowances, your items will be subject to possible confiscation and fines, etc. at customs. We ask that you purchase products upon confirmation of duty-free allowances of each country. We will not be held responsible for amount, quantity or capacity of items reserved. Please place orders upon your own judgement.

Carrying on liquids to flight cabin

Carrying on any liquids whose container exceeds a capacity of 100ml (g) onto a flight cabin is prohibited on all international flights departing Japan, from the perspective of air safety. However, liquids purchased at duty-free stores after immigration are allowed on board flights with the exception of those falling under certain conditions. Please refer to the following page for details.

Changing or cancelling order

In case of online payment, changing of reservation detail cannot be made.
Please cancel and make a reservation again. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Your order may be changed or cancelled as long as you do so during the period in which orders can be placed.
