– To improve service security and convenience

■ Verification Method

Verification is completed by making a call from your own phone to the designated number shown on the verification screen.
The call is free of charge, and no costs will be incurred by customers.

■ For Customers Accessing from Overseas

Phone number verification requires making a call to the designated number from your phone.
If you do not have a phone number that can make calls within Japan, or if you plan to make a reservation during your stay in Japan, please create an account or log in and complete phone number verification before traveling.

■ Use at Physical Stores

At physical stores within the airport, you can continue shopping without phone number verification.
