③ Must be the same person who applied for the lottery and pick up the product.

* Winners must pick up products in person and present all required documents.

④ Only passengers taking international flight at KIX Terminal 1 Building. 

【Entry Application Period】

The entry period is from Tuesday to Sunday two weeks before your departure date.

Lottery day: Every Monday

Reservation period: From the time of receiving notification of winning until 17:00 the day before departure (Japanese time).

* For customers using late-night, or early-morning flights, until 17:00 two days before departure.

* Only winners can make the reservation. Details can be found in the winning notification.

* If you fail to complete the reservation procedure after winning the lottery, you will be deemed to have given up your win.

【How to Apply】

・Fill in the required information on the application and submit the form.

* Within one entry period, each person can apply for each lottery product at one time.

However, for HIBIKI 30, YAMAZAKI 25, and HAKUSHU 25 Years Old, each person can only apply for one of the three products.

An email will be sent to all participants when submission of the application is completed.

Therefore, please check whether you got the submission is completed email.

【Result Notification】

After the entry deadline, winners will be selected through a fair drawing, and only winners will be notified by email.

After receiving the winning email, please proceed with the reservation procedure within the specified period.

* Only one item can be purchased per person, per flight and per product type.

* Non-winning participants will not be contacted.

* Please note that winners will be notified according to the result notification period, but there may be a delay due to various circumstances.

* Winners will be notified by email [service_info@kixdutyfree.jp], so please make sure to enter your correct email address in the application form.

* We will not respond to any inquiries regarding the Lottery Sales. Please note that we do not accept confirmation of winning status or any other information by phone or email. 

【Product Payment and Pickup】

Please pay on the day you pick up the products at the duty-free store.

Products will be available for pickup from the Online Preorders Register at the store.

Winners must show their reservation number and passport and boarding pass to pick up the products.

Passports will be checked to identify that the person picking up is certainly the winner.

* Please note that if any detail on your passport (name/date of birth) or boarding pass (flight number/departure date) does not match the information entered in your entry form, you may not be able to purchase the products.

【Attention】

・ Please note that changes to all details entered in the entry applications cannot be dealt with for any reason.

・ Winning qualifications cannot be transferred or changed to another person. In addition, the act of buy sell to internet auctions, etc. is prohibited.

・ If you wish to use a credit card, etc. when visiting our store, only cards in your own name can be used. Even with the cardholder's permission, you cannot use a credit card in another person's name to make payment in our store. Please note that if we cannot identify the cardholder's identity, we will not sell the product.

・ Lottery sales may be changed, suspended or discontinued without prior notice to participants. If deemed necessary, the “Terms and Conditions of Entry” may be changed without prior notice to participants, and necessary measures may be taken to ensure the proper operation of the Lottery Sales.

・ If you fail to complete the reservation procedure after winning the lottery, you will be deemed to have given up your win. Due to this reason, there is a possibility that you may lose your eligibility for the lottery for a certain period of time.

・ Please note that even if your flight is cancelled or changed, your winning products will not be retained.

・ For information about the products, please see the product descriptions.

・ If we are unable to contact you about your prize for any reason, such as if the registered email address is unknown, we may cancel your prize.

・ Please note that colors, designs and specifications of actual products may differ from photographs.

・The lottery items are not eligible for same-day ordering. Therefore, orders cannot be placed on the day of receipt. Please complete your order by 17:00 JST the day before the desired pick-up date. 

・Winners can only select the pick-up date and time registered at the time of lottery application when placing the order. 

・Winners who have not completed the order procedure by the pick-up date and time registered at the time of lottery entry will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and will not be able to purchase the product. Please understand this in advance. 

・ Please note that the white sleeve on the outside of the outer packaging box may be dirty, torn, or may not be included with the product.

【Carrying on liquids to flight cabin】

Carrying on any liquids whose container exceeds a capacity of 100ml (g) onto a flight cabin is prohibited on all international flights departing Japan, from the perspective of air safety. However, liquids purchased at duty-free stores after immigration are allowed on board flights with exception of those falling under certain conditions. Please refer to the following page for details. Depending on your final destination, you may not be able to bring liquids to the flight cabin even if they are packed in standard bags (STEBs). Please check with your airline or local airport in advance.

【Duty-free allowances for entering other countries】

Restricted goods such as cigarettes, alcohol and perfumes are subject to duty-free entry upon entry into the country. Products exceeding the duty-free zone at the time of entry into the country will be subject to confiscation and fines, so please check the duty-free zone of the destination country before purchasing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for reservations for amounts, quantities, bottles, or capacities that exceed the duty-free scope in each country, although we will leave this to your own judgment and responsibility.
