[Unblended]: Produced in-house at Shinzato Distillery in Okinawa (using malt from the UK). Storage period: 3 years and 1 months.

[Storage environment]: Matured in Okinawa's subtropical climate (generally, it is considered good for the wood of the casks to be 70-80% dry, and Okinawa's average temperature of 22°C and average humidity of 77% are the ideal environment for storing whisky)
[Characteristics of maturing]: By maturing in Okinawa's subtropical climate, the angel's share is high at 10% per year, but the cask components are extracted quickly, and a strong barrel-like quality can be produced with short-term aging.
[Origin of the product name "RYUKA"] Quoted from Okinawa's traditional performing art "RYUKA". RYUKA is a traditional Okinawan song, a poem sung in the local dialect. RYUKA has been sung to the accompaniment of the sanshin. We chose this name by drawing an analogy between RYUKA to whisky and the sanshin to the blender, with the desire to make fine whisky that will be passed down to future generations.
