Brewed in 1973 and stored in tanks for 50 years. This sake was bottled in 2023 in only 50 bottles to be released as a limited edition. This is the only place where you can purchase it in-store(as of November 1, 2025). Junmai sake is made using only rice and rice koji. After a long period of aging, the dregs settle, giving it a clear color and a deep, complex aroma and flavor. This aged Junmai sake carries a fragrance reminiscent of cooked rice and has a fruity taste similar to pear, yellow peach, and ripe apple. Each custom-made presentation box is hand-carved from cherry wood.
