Palate: Echoing the balanced and harmonious character of the nose, it shows a well-structured palate, with the mellow texture of the oldest eaux-de-vie perfectly balancing the vitality of the youngest. Subtle notes of brown sugar and candied fruits are complemented by touches of light spice. As complete as it is harmonious, this overall balance lends itself to a wide range of uses, in a long drink or cocktail, and enhanced with a suggestion of citrus of ginger.
