【Terms and Conditions of the Raffle】

The following conditions must be met in order to apply for the raffle.

① Those who have registered as members at https://www.kixdutyfree.jp/

② Those who have completed entry during the application period set for each eligible raffle prize.

③ The applicant and the recipient on the day of the event must be the same person.

④ Those departing Japan directly from Kansai International Airport

【Entry Period】

Every Tuesday - Sunday

Last day for entry: February 19, 2024 at 00:00 AM

【Raffle Date】

Every Monday

*Only the winners will be notified to the email used for membership registration.

【Reservation period】

From the time of receiving notification of winning until 17:00 (Japanese time) the day before departure.

*For customers using late-night, or early-morning flights, until 17:00 two days before departure.

【Acceptance Period】

After the reservation is completed, the winning products will be sent to the email used when registering as a member.

*Please check the campaign period listed on the weekly entry form before applying.

【Entry Method】

・Please fill out the entry form and submit.

*Each person is limited to one entry for each prize per raffle.

・Please check to see if you have received an “Application Receipt” email once you've completed your entry.

*The email will be sent from 【service_info@kixdutyfree.jp】, so please change your settings so that you can receive the email.

【Raffle Results】

・After the entry deadline, winners will be carefully selected through a drawing and only the winners will be notified via the email used for membership registration.

・Winners are requested to proceed with the order procedure from the product's details page during the designated period. If the order procedure is not completed within the given period, the winner will forfeit the prize.

*There will be no notification to those who were not chosen as winners.

*Winners will be notified following the announcement period, however, there may be a delay depending on circumstances.

*Notification will be sent via email from 【service_info@kixdutyfree.jp】 to the winners. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly in the entry form.

*We will not respond to inquiries regarding the winners. Please do not contact us by phone or email.

【Regarding Payment and Receipt of Prizes】

・Please be sure to complete your order during the specified order period to receive your prize. If the order process is not completed, you will forfeit the prize.

・Please select your payment method when ordering your prize. Please pick up your order at the cashier counter for pre-order pickup at the store indicated in the order completion email.

・When picking up your product, please present your order number and boarding pass.

We will verify your identity with your passport.

If the passport (name and date of birth) and boarding information (flight number and departure date) do not match the information entered at the time of the raffle, you may be denied.

【Attention】

・We will not be able to change the information entered in the application for any reason.

・Winning qualifications are non-transferable and cannot be changed. Resale of products is also prohibited.

・The raffle may be changed, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice to those who have entered. If deemed necessary, the “Entry Terms” may be changed without prior notice to those who have entered, and necessary measures may be taken to ensure the proper operation of the raffle.

・Regardless of winning, if you do not complete the order process, you will forfeit your prize. If you forfeit, you may be disqualified from entering for a certain period of time.

・Please understand that if your flight is cancelled, we will not be able to retain your prize.

・If we are unable to contact you due to reasons such as missing registered email address or phone number, we may cancel the awarding of your prize. We appreciate your understanding.

・Product color, design, and specifications may differ from those in the photos. We appreciate your understanding.

・You can check your product order history on the website or on the “Account Page” of the WeChat Mini Program.

・kixdutyfree.jp reserves the right to make all final interpretations and decisions regarding the operation of the campaign.

・Campaign period and raffle dates are subject to change due to various factors. We appreciate your understanding.

【Regarding Liquids and Transfers】

For all international flights departing from Japan, from an aviation security standpoint, any liquids in containers larger than 100 milliliters (grams) are prohibited in the cabin (aircraft). However, liquids purchased at duty-free stores after departure procedures may be carried on board, except under certain conditions. Please refer to the following page for details. Depending on your final destination, you may not be able to carry on your items in the designated bags (STEBs). Please check with your airline or local airport in advance.
