ROKU Japanese craft gin is made in Suntory’s Liqueur Atelier using unique Japanese botanicals, harvested only in their respective seasons. Cherry blossom flowers and leaves, sen-cha (green tea), gyokuro (premium Japanese tea), sansho (Japanese pepper), and yuzu (Japanese citrus) come together to complement the classic taste of gin with traditional Japanese flavors. Different distillation pots and methods were used according to the type of the ingredient to best draw out their individual flavors, which were then blended together with the delicate sensibility and craftsmanship Japan is known the world over for. The result is a Japanese craft gin containing the colorful and delicate flavors of the four seasons. ROKU＜SELECT EDITION＞ is a duty-free, limited run designed to bring out the gentle notes of cherry blossoms first and foremost in the gin.
