Centered on fruity and light-bodied genshu (undiluted sake), with a portion of Midorikawa genshu that has been aged for more than 10 years. It undergoes additional maturation in oak barrels, resulting in a delicate layering of fruity aromas, a clear and refined palate, and subtle notes of oak.
Enjoy its elegant, sophisticated character and beautifully balanced flavor profile.
