This Junmmai-Daiginjo-shu is made by blending Junmai-Daiginjo-shu with 20% rice polishing ratio and Junmai-Daiginjo-shu with 35% rice polishing ratio at a ratio of 1:1 just before shipping.
It is used as a toast at state dinners and other important government-sponsored occasions, and has also been adopted as the official in-flight sake for Japanese government planes.
It has a wonderful ginjo aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and an excellent finish.
