Initially matured for in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, is followed by being split equally between three different sherry woods - Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso. After three years, the spirit is married together in an upstanding sherry butt to allow the flavours to infuse. A robust, yet elegant spirit.
