Crafted as a tribute to the Kansai region, this sake is made exclusively from Yamada Nishiki grown in Kansai to create “DASSAI Junmai Daiginjo 23.” During the pressing process, only the“Nakadori” ̶ the most fragrant portion with a rounded sweetness ̶ is selected. Presented in a wooden box made from Yoshino cedar from Kansai, this is a special Dassai 23% available exclusively at Kansai International Airport KIX DUTY FREE.

日本酒中的「中取(Nakadori)」,是指在酒醪榨取過程中,介於最先流出的「荒走(Arabashiri)」與最後加壓榨出的「責(Seme)」之間所取得的中段酒液。
中取是榨取過程中風味最均衡的部分,因此常被用於釀造高品質日本酒。
其特色是雜味較少,香氣、鮮味與酸味協調平衡,口感滑順且帶有清透感。
