1Login

Login using the email address and password that you registered when becoming a member.

2Add items you would like to order to your shopping cart

Go to the product details page for the item you want to order, select your desired quantity, then click Add to Cart.

After checking that all the items you want to order are in your shopping cart, read the Reminders, and if there is no problem, click Proceed to Complete Your Order

Items and quantities can be changed within your shopping cart.

4Select your order method

You can select the order reservation method if there is an order which has been completed.

If you want to collect the items you ordered this time together with the items already ordered
Payment using paying at the store
  →Check the details of your completed orders, click Add Items to this order, and proceed to the next page where you can check your order details.
Payment using Online payment
  →Not available for pickup together with reserved products. Please click on "New Reservation."
If you want to collect the items you ordered this time as an order separate from items already on order
Click New order.

5Enter your flight details

Enter your date of departure, flight number and whether you are taking a connecting flight or not.

Note: Please have your airline ticket or itinerary, etc. on hand and enter these details as on the ticket, etc.

6Enter payment information

Select a payment method from the payment information screen – Credit Card, UnionPay, Alipay, WechatPay or–store payment and enter the required information.

Currently, online payment by credit card is unavailable.
If you would like to pay by credit card please choose "Store Payment".

7Check your order details

Check that there are no errors in your order or flight details and once everything is correct, click Send Order Details.

8Reservation complete

Keep a record of your order number, which you will find on the order completion page, and bring it with you to the shop as indicated in the Order Completion email, on the day of your flight.

Non-Members

3Proceed to complete your order from Non-Members Here, on the login page

You can register as a member using the details you entered when completing your order. If you wish to register, read the Terms of Use, then after giving your consent, click the orange Proceed to Complete Order button (registration as a member will be complete when your order is completed).

4Enter your details

Enter your name, email address, and phone number.

Note: If you wish to register as a member, please also enter your date of birth, your sex, and your password.

5Enter your flight details

Enter your date of departure, flight number and whether you are taking a connecting flight or not.

If boarding a regular flight:
Orders can be placed at anytime from 25 days before departure to 5 p.m. on the day before your flight.
If you are boarding a late night or early morning flight(flights departing between 0 a.m. to 7 a.m.):

Orders can be placed at anytime from 25 days before departure to 5 p.m. two days before your flight.

*Late night or early morning flight refers to flights departing between 0 a.m. to 7 a.m.
