Changing or cancelling your order

Our website accepts changes to the details of completed orders, such as changes to the quantity of ordered items, cancellations, or changes to your flight details, up to 5:00pm on the day before your departure date (excluding some flights).

Note: If you are on a Late Night or Early Morning Flight, which departs between midnight and 7:00am, changes will be accepted up to 5:00pm two days before your departure date.

Payment details can not be changed.

Please note that we may limit the service of this website if we have a cancellation without any contact.

If you select Store payment

1Select the My Order History menu on My Page

2Select the order you want to change from the list of orders

Check the order you want to change from the list of orders then click Check or Change.

3Check the order details and select the information you want to change.

The details you can change are the order details, your personal details, and your flight details.

Details of Reservation
You can change the quantity of the items already ordered or make a cancellation.

Note: If you order additional items other than those already ordered, add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed to complete your order.

Customer information
You can change your email address and phone number.
※After the reservation is completely done,the name can not be changed .
Flight Information
You can change your departure date, your flight number and whether you have any connecting flights.
※The departure date is changeable up to 30days from the booking date.
If it is more than 30 days, you will have to cancel your current reservation then make a new one.
However, please be aware that we can't guarantee the availability of items.

4Enter the changed details on each of the pages for entering changes.

Details of Reservation
You can change the quantity of each item, or make a cancellation, on this page. After making the changes, click Confirm Changes.
Customer information
You can change the email address and phone number entered when registering as a member, on this page. After making the changes, click Confirm Changes.
Flight Information
You can change your departure date, your flight number and whether you have any connecting flights, on this page. After making the changes, click Confirm Changes.

5Confirm the changed order details

Check that there is no error in the changed details, and if there is no problem, click Make These Changes.

6Reservation has been changed successfully

Keep a record of your order number, which you will find on the order change completion page and bring it with you to the shop as indicated in the order Change Completion email, on the day of your flight.

It is the same number as your first reservation.

Online payment

1Select the My Order History menu on My Page

2Select the order you want to change from the list of orders

Check the order you want to change from the list of orders then click Confirm.

3After confirming the reserved contents and selecting the information to be changed, enter the information applicable after the change

Items that can be changed are the customer information, flight information, and reservation cancellation.

Please confirm the following product additions/deletions, quantity changes, or departure date change.

Flight Information
Please confirm the following change of departure date.
To cancel a reservation
Cancellation is possible by clicking on "Cancel Reservation" at the bottom of the "Verify Reservation Information" page

4Confirm the changed order details

Check that there is no error in the changed details, and if there is no problem, click Make These Changes.

5Reservation has been changed successfully

Keep a record of your order number, which you will find on the order change completion page and bring it with you to the shop as indicated in the order Change Completion email, on the day of your flight.

It is the same number as your first reservation.

Product additions/deletions, quantity changes, and departure date change

In the case of online payment, please deal with as follows.

 

To add or delete products, or change quantities
① To add a product・・【Method ①】Only when reserving additional products, make a separate, new reservation
                          【Method ②】Temporarily cancel the reserved products, then make a new reservation for all desired products
② To reduce a product quantity・・Temporarily cancel the reserved product, then make a new reservation
Changes on the day of departure
Temporarily cancel the reserved product, then make a new reservation
 

Please note that once a cancellation is processed, the products that had been reserved will not be available.
Also, the products will be priced according to the pricing at the time the new reservation is made.

Orders can be placed at anytime from 25 days before departure to 5 p.m. on the day before your flight.
If you are boarding a late night or early morning flight(flights departing between 0 a.m. to 7 a.m.):

Orders can be placed at anytime from 25 days before departure to 5 p.m. two days before your flight.

*Late night or early morning flight refers to flights departing between 0 a.m. to 7 a.m.
